Seven Percent Property has the capacity to access the astute investor to a range of dual occupancy properties that have been designed by the company to produce the maximum rental yield from the block of land.
Purchasing a dual occupancy property opens up flexible options for the investor. For example, it can enable the investor to get onto the first rung of the investment ladder. They can live in one of the properties and rent the other out and put the money towards paying off the mortgage.
